A Speed Control Override Module, generally referred to as a SCOM, is a small device designed to work around the factory top speed limiter on the Sea-Doo 325 by feeding the ECU a different signal than what the GPS sensor actually reports.
How It Usually Works
Most versions on the market sit between the GPS antenna and the control module permanently, continuously sending a modified speed value so the ECU never believes the limit has been reached.
A Different Approach
The M-JET Speed Limit Remover takes a different route entirely, requiring only a brief connection to the diagnostic port and a one-time activation through the app, after which it can be unplugged completely.
