Sea-Doo RXP-X 325 Tuning: Get the Most Out of the Flagship
The Sea-Doo RXP-X 325 is the current flagship on the Rotax 1630 ACE 325 platform. From the factory, power is limited in software, and this is exactly where M-JET tuning comes in, with no cable clutter and no makeshift solutions.
ECU Unlock as the Foundation
The first step is the ECU Unlock BRP Sea-Doo 325. The RXP-X 325 uses the Bosch MG1CA920 ECU, which is sent to M-JET in Germany for the unlock. For 2024+ vehicles there is also the Sea-Doo 325 MG1 Unlock&Tune Replacement ECU, a pre-unlocked and pre-tuned replacement ECU including the M-JET DATA dongle that transfers operating hours, coding, keys, and VIN from the old ECU to the new one, fully plug and play.
Remove Vmax Only, Without Tuning
If you only want to remove the Vmax limit without actual tuning, use the M-JET Vmax Remover / GPS Lost for Sea-Doo 325. It removes the factory GPS and Vmax limit via the M-JET app, with no change in power, and can be unplugged again afterwards.
Monitoring and Hardware
For monitoring during operation, the M-JET 325 AFR / Boost Module shows either AFR or boost pressure directly in the stock display, switchable via the app. From Stage 2, additional hardware modifications are possible, such as the Blow Off Valve Kit incl. Charge Air Hoses for Sea-Doo 325. Before making any changes, it is worth checking the fault memory and live data with the M-JET DIAGNOSTIC - Diagnostic Tool for BRP.
Conclusion
The RXP-X 325 offers a lot of potential on the 325 platform. Unlock, matching hardware, and clean diagnostics work together instead of being isolated solutions.
