Sea-Doo RXT-X 300 Tuning: Touring Power Based on the 300 HP Platform
The Sea-Doo RXT-X 300 uses the same 300 HP engine platform as the RXP-X 300, but is designed for long distances and stability. The tuning follows the same staged principle, with the focus here on confident increased performance.
The Stage Principle
The stages build upon each other: Stage 1 is pure software tuning via flash, from Stage 2 additional hardware modifications become necessary, and up to Stage 3 the scope increases accordingly. This allows performance to be boosted in a controlled manner and in sensible steps.
Matching Hardware
On the hardware side, the Titan Retainer for Sea-Doo 300HP set reduces the moving mass in the valve train. For clean boost pressure behavior, the Blow Off Valve Kit incl. Intercooler Hoses for Sea-Doo 300 is used, and for better air supply, the M-JET 4-inch Intake System for Sea-Doo 1503 & 1603 Engines, which also covers the RXT-X 300.
Software and Diagnostics
You can upload the matching software setups directly via smartphone using the M-JET Flasher for Sea-Doo Vehicles, and with the M-JET DIAGNOSTIC - Diagnostic Tool for BRP, you can keep an eye on error memory and live data.
Conclusion
With staged tuning and suitable hardware, the RXT-X 300 becomes a powerful tourer without sacrificing everyday usability.
