Why this is technically implemented this way
Since an SCOM continuously manipulates the speed value, the limitation immediately reappears as soon as the module is removed or the connection is interrupted. It is therefore not a one-time activation, but a permanent signal manipulation.
One-time activation instead of permanent carrying
